Projects, images, and case studies shown on the Site represent work carried out by or in association with arch_CELL. Renderings, photographs, and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact current state of a completed project.

3. No Professional Advice Through the Site

Information published on the Site (including articles under Research & Publications) is general in nature and does not constitute architectural, structural, or engineering advice for any specific project. Any design, quotation, or recommendation becomes binding only once formally agreed in writing between arch_CELL and a client.

4. Enquiries, Consultations & Meeting Requests

When you submit a contact, consultation, or meeting request through the Site, you agree to provide accurate information. Submitting a request does not create a contractual obligation on either party until a formal engagement is agreed separately.

All designs, drawings, logos, text, and images on the Site are the property of arch_CELL or its clients/licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws in Bangladesh. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you.
